2. Client Responsibilities & Scope

• Briefs & Requirements: Clients must provide clear project instructions, target keywords, and relevant background details prior to the start of work.
• Review & Revisions: Standard projects include up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions within 7 days of initial draft delivery, provided the revisions align with the original project brief. Scope changes or additions requested after work commences may incur additional fees.

3. Payment & Pricing

• Quotes & Rates: Rates are agreed upon per project or package prior to commencement.
• Payment Terms: Deposits or full payments may be required upfront depending on the project scope or platform used (e.g., direct invoicing or escrow via freelance platforms like HivePostify).
• Late Payments: Final deliverables, ownership transfers, or website publishing will occur only after full payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, all agreed-upon rights to the final written content transfer to the client for commercial or non-commercial use.
• Portfolio Rights: Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed before work begins, Content Creation by Maham retains the right to showcase completed non-confidential work or excerpts in online portfolios, case studies, and social media promotions.

5. Guarantees & Liability

While all content is thoroughly researched, proofread, and optimized using industry-standard practices (including SEO principles), specific commercial outcomes, traffic figures, or search engine rankings are not guaranteed.

Content Creation by Maham is not liable for any indirect loss, site downtime, or business consequences resulting from the use or implementation of written materials once accepted by the client.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement in writing. In the event of cancellation before completion, the client will be billed for the percentage of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
